Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager in Greensboro, NC, to lead a high-energy team dedicated to making sure every guest leaves happy. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and guest service in a fast-paced family entertainment environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, staffing, cost control, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across AOIs in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom. Some experience managing people in food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact “AOI” and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom to oversee operations.
