Job summary

CEC Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager who will help lead a team in a high-energy family entertainment setting. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and manage areas such as kitchen, sales, showroom and gameroom to ensure safe, clean operations and strong performance.

You will be responsible for scheduling, training and developing team members, while controlling costs and ensuring ministry standards and brand expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Experience managing people is preferred in food service or as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate your team to meet company and guest expectations and maximize sales.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom duties.
