Williams Oil Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Sayre, PA area to support daily store operations and lead the team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure excellent service, effective scheduling, and hands-on leadership for staff.

The role emphasizes readiness to assume Store Manager responsibilities when needed and to contribute to a positive, community-focused workplace. A strong retail background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.
