You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and safe, efficient operations, with weekly pay and opportunities for career growth through leadership development programs.

Qualificações

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth

Responsabilidades

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks
• Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, and uphold cash control & safety protocols
