Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4+ years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Must obtain Serve Safe Certification and pass EPL FSA upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control labor costs through scheduling and retention initiatives.
• Open/close procedures and security; coordinate setup, prep and cleaning.
• Conduct inventory checks and manage deliveries; ensure accuracy in records.
• Maintain high standards of service, speed, cleanliness, and QSC adherence.
