Responsabilidades

Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, food prep, inventory, and staff scheduling.
Supervise and train team members, ensure adherence to policies, and provide feedback.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Handle customer complaints and drive satisfaction across the store.
Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
Perform administrative tasks and inventory management as needed.
