Domino's Pizza Team DAKS is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Huntsville, AL. As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager, oversee operations, and ensure top-notch customer service and product quality.

You will train staff, manage inventory, handle scheduling, and step in as acting GM when needed, helping drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Assisting the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervising and training team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures, and providing feedback and coaching.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Performing administrative tasks and inventory management.
