Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Restaurant Group. We are committed to the professional and personal development of our associates, offering leadership training, mentorship, and Panda community support for your success.

You will help operate a single store, hire and manage staff, and drive financial and guest-satisfaction goals. A three-week or longer leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Contribute to Panda Express' culture by developing team members and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
