Job summary

HMC Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Hooters restaurants. You’ll lead a guest-focused team, keep operations smooth, and drive great guest experiences in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

You’ll manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and training, mentor staff, and promote the brand to boost sales. We offer paid training, health benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and clear opportunities for career growth.
