Job summary

Wendys is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in Minnesota. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, scheduling, and staff development, while upholding Wendys standards for exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a busy food service setting, a HS diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; access to private transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Recruit, train and orientate team members; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility standards.
• Assist with health and safety inspections and maintain a fun, family environment.
