Job summary

EVEREVE in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Assistant Manager to champion our HEART culture and deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience every day in-store.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and develop a team, uphold store operations, merchandising, and customer engagement, and drive sales toward store goals. Previous retail leadership is welcome, with growth opportunities in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead with HEART values and uphold EVEREVE culture.
• Partner with Store Manager to deliver the Styling Experience.
• Coach and develop employees toward successful behaviors.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Drive results through styling, Trendsend, and payroll support.
• Maintain sales performance and achieve store goals.
• Lead the Division of Responsibility by volume group.
