Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead with HEART values and partner with the Store Manager to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer. You will help recruit, coach, and develop a strong team while upholding merchandising and store standards.

You should be passionate about fashion, have growth mindset, and be comfortable on the floor driving sales and Trendsend styling, with a focus on creating connections with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams or in a supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends and brands.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Customer-focused mindset and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold HEART values across the store.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure a consistent EVEREVE Styling Experience for every customer.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory/fulfillment, and merchandising standards.
• Drive performance through personal and team styling, Trendsend, and customer outreach.
