Job summary

Braum's in Perry, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in our food service and retail store. You will coach the crew, ensure food quality, and drive sales while delivering a great customer experience.

Applicants should have retail management experience, be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or GED. Shift is 2:00 pm to close with a rotating 3-week schedule and about 45 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
