Job summary

Braum's in Perry, Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Manager with at least 2 years of retail leadership experience. The role oversees daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales, coaching the store crew and driving customer satisfaction to maximize sales.

The position offers an 18.50–19.00 hourly compensation range and an annual salary of 55,000–57,000, with a rotating 3-week schedule and an estimated 45-hour work week. Reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
