Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Ohio. As an Assistant Manager you will assist operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K with company match, paid time off, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Oversee daily store activity and staff coordination.
• Complete leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
