Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Ohio. As a Store Manager you will oversee a single location, hire and guide associates, drive financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Oversee store performance and customer satisfaction to drive profitability.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
