Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring and training.
• Lead the team to deliver the best customer sales experience.
• Prepare deposits and make bank deposits.
• Keep the store neat, organized and stocked.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as items arrive.
