Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking a Burger King Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while driving sales and profitability.

You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver operational excellence and strong guest experiences, with a hands-on leadership style and focus on people development and discipline.

Qualifications

• Supports achieving sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Understands BK brand standards and operational procedures to ensure safety and quality.
