Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager in Tulsa to focus on seven core responsibilities: delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring quality food, keeping the restaurant clean, controlling inventory, scheduling and supervising staff, maintaining safety standards, and being a team player.

In addition to Shift Manager duties, you will manage a staff of 4–12, assist in planning events and promotions, coordinate training, and help with product ordering and inventory as needed.

Formación

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in the planning of special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
• Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed.
