Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
