Panda Restaurant Group in Buckeye, AZ seeks an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of a Panda Express store. You will hire, mentor, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet financial goals, backed by a strong leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
