Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with knowledge of Usher, Dual, and Team Lead roles.
• Ability to self-lead and prioritize tasks from cleaning to movie presentation.

• Support hiring, training, engagement, and discipline for employees.
• Ensure smooth operations for opening and closing the cinema.
• Flexibility to take additional GM-delegated responsibilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining balance.
