Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in food service or high-volume retail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to lead a team and stay composed under pressure.
• Comfortable holding others accountable to standards.
• Valid Food Handler/Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly).

The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key leader in the store. You’ll help run daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

This is not an “easy” role — it’s for someone who enjoys being challenged, leading from the front, and holding high standards.

What You’ll Do

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time (42–45 hours/week)
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Typical shifts:
  • Opening: 9:00 AM – 5/6 PM
  • Closing: 3/4 PM – :1 hour after close
• Store hours:
  • Sun–Thurs: 11 AM – 11 PM
  • Fri–Sat: 11 AM – 11:30 PM
  • Extended summer hours apply
