Chuck E. Cheese—an American family entertainment leader—seeks an Assistant Manager to help lead a high-energy team and ensure every guest leaves happy.

You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff development in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and guest service. The role offers opportunities to drive sales, manage AOIs across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom, and collaborate with leadership to meet performance targets.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and running environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in one of four areas and rotate through each area (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, Gameroom).
• In Kitchen, manage ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness; oversee pizza dough and menu items.
• In Sales, supervise cashier, salad bar and gift shop; monitor sales results, inventory, ordering, profitability, and QA of salad bar and prep procedures.
• In Showroom, lead birthday party execution and planning; maximize party bookings and guest satisfaction.
