Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is seeking an assistant manager in Huntington Beach to lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will learn to run a multimillion-dollar restaurant and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant management experience, are 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and can work flexible hours including weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ age requirement.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours.
• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations and manage a team.
• Coach and develop staff to take on increasing responsibilities.
