Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Cleveland, OH is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, coach Shift Coordinators and crew, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, and uphold Popeyes standards across shifts while creating a positive, growth-oriented work environment for your team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Familiarity with scheduling and inventory systems.
• Available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members; lead by example.
• Oversee inventory costs and ordering processes.
• Maintain assets and ensure preventative maintenance where needed.
• Uphold cash control and security procedures.
• Lead a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service.
