Job summary

The role requires 3 years of retail management experience (preferred), 18+ years old, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Owns and drives results with strong initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, replenishment, and inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
