Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction and financial results, and supervise a team of associates.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for store management, with opportunities for career growth within our expanding family of restaurants. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to our Panda values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for management responsibilities.
