Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a Panda Express store in the local area. You will hire, coach and direct team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals.

The role includes a 3+ week leadership training program and ongoing development to advance into higher management positions. Full-time benefits and a strong community culture are provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
Available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.
ADA: able to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, reach 36 inches.

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
Participate in and complete a 3+ week store leadership training program.
