Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Cedar Hill, TX store. You will lead daily store operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure a welcoming, fashion-driven Lane Bryant experience for every customer.

You will work with the leadership team on talent development, merchandising, and store performance while maintaining brand standards and community engagement. Flexible availability and strong communication are essential.
