Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Assistant Manager to join our on-site team. This position offers hands-on leadership experience, practical training, mentorship, and clear growth opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure policies are followed while delivering exceptional customer service. Onboarding and training are provided to help you advance to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and work effectively with a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
