Role Overview

The Assistant Selling Manager supports sales team development and promotes personalized guest experiences to drive sales. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, supporting team training, and stepping into managerial duties when needed.

Essential Functions

1. Drive sales of merchandise, accessories, and services
2. Meet or exceed sales quotas
3. Ensure exceptional customer service
4. Engage actively with guests and team members on the showroom floor
5. Assist in recruiting and training team members
6. Support store operations and managerial responsibilities
7. Serve as a role model and support onboarding of new team members

Requirements

Schedule: Minimum 40 hours/week, including weekends; attendance at the assigned store is essential.
