Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses for labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to ensure store is clean and stocked.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
