Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Littleton (Mineral) is seeking a manager to oversee store operations. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff while ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting performance metrics.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and be able to lift 25 pounds. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a competitive starting pay of $18 plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign and manage daily tasks for store maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
