Responsibilities include:

• Completing a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics
• Maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and development
• Creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Achieving performance metrics and assisting employees in doing the same
• Analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue
• Meeting banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements
• Controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance
• Assigning and managing daily tasks to keep the store organized and stocked
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues

Qualifications include:

• At least 18 years old
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to motivate others effectively
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
