Responsibilities:

• Complete a 5-week manager training course with performance metrics
• Hire, interview, and develop store staff
• Create a positive environment for employees and customers
• Achieve self-performance metrics and assist employees in meeting theirs
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue
• Ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal standards
• Manage expenses: labor, inventory, maintenance
• Assign and oversee daily store tasks to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Ability to motivate others effectively
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
