Responsibilities

• Be the right-hand to the General Manager, keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
• Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
• Place and receive truck orders with precision.
• Maintain a detailed list of restaurant assets.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with cash control and security procedures.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Support ongoing training and team development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and positivity.
• De-escalate any situation with guests or employees.
• Motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Lead efficient food prep and product delivery within service speed guidelines.
• Uphold brand and operational standards across all shifts.
• Step into Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
• Monitor business metrics, including sales, labor, and food costs.
• Create and execute action plans to improve performance.
