Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager I to join our store leadership team. This role partners with the Store/Multi-Store Manager to oversee daily store functions, including selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence.
Spend most time on the sales floor, develop associates, maintain brand standards, and build strong customer relationships while using company tools to deliver the sales plan. Strong leadership and operational execution are required.

The Assistant Manager I is a core member of the leadership team that drives Sunglass Hut’s success. The Assistant Manager I works in partnership with the Store/Multi‑Store Manager to oversee all daily store functions, including selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
