Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to lead daily operations, ensure quality food and guest satisfaction, and supervise a team of 4–12 staff across shifts. The role includes inventory control, event coordination, and maintaining safety standards.

You will work full or part time with day, evening, and weekend shifts, receive training, and participate in the restaurant’s promotions and events. Compensation to be discussed with management.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication across all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standards.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and attractive.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Schedule and supervise staff, including shifts.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security standards.
