Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in restaurant operations with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Computer/POS knowledge is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee restaurant staff and daily operations to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and inventory control.
• Schedule staff and supervise food preparation to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate staff to maintain cleanliness per Subway Operations Manual.
• Handle paperwork, assist with product orders and inventory as needed.
• Complete Subway University courses as directed.
