Job summary

Popeyes Edmond is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the restaurant in cost control, guest service, and sales growth. You will work with a team to uphold standards and Cajun Hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a QSR management role, a High School Diploma or GED, and familiarity with POS systems and ServSafe certification. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Assistant Management experience in QSR
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification required
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant manager in profitably operating the restaurant
• Oversee cost control, customer service, and appearance
• Build sales and maximize profits while developing employees
• Deliver food to guests in a friendly, fast, and safe manner
• Maintain Cajun hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction
• Oversee Cashier, Crew, Cook, and Backline Prep roles
