Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda provides paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training will be provided for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety).

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and training to team members to ensure store success.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
