Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to move store within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete the 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
