Job summary

Burger King® Assistant Manager at Carrols Corporation in Carthage, MS, leads shifts, coaches Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and upholds BK standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver operational excellence and strong guest experiences.

You’ll focus on coaching, scheduling, inventory, and balancing people development with discipline to meet sales, labor, and safety goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards and resolving roadblocks.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, and ensure cash control & security.
