Caribou Coffee is hiring an Assistant General Manager to grow into store leadership, partnering with the GM to drive store performance and guest experience. The role emphasizes development, culture, and operational excellence, providing a pathway to future district leadership.

You will lead Teams, manage daily operations, and champion our core values while fostering strong community connections and consistent store profitability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
