Caribou Coffee is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Anoka, MN. This growth role partners with the General Manager to lead store operations, develop future leaders, and drive sales through exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop leadership skills, oversee shift execution, cash handling, inventory, and administrative tasks while embracing Caribou’s core values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
