The role emphasizes coaching, inventory control, food safety, and strong teamwork in a high-energy environment. A Safe Certification and reliable transportation are required, with a high school diploma or equivalent expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management (More than one year preferred).
• Serve Safe Certification - Required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists.
• Must be able to maintain a reliable schedule.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Motivating, developing and coaching their team.
• Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store.
• Scheduling.
• Expertise in food safety.

• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed.
