Job summary

Kid to Kid is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager at our Huntersville location. You will lead the sales floor, coach a team, and help manage store operations to provide excellent customer service and sustain sustainable fashion.

You’ll work across multiple store tasks from buying and pricing to maintaining organized merchandise and managing daily openings and closings. The role emphasizes cross-training, advancement within a growing network of nearly 30 locations, and a supportive admin team,

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the team.
• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment.
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing.
• Ring out customers at the register and teach selling to us.
• Open and close tasks and nightly reports.
