The role emphasizes leadership, cross-training across store operations, and a supportive admin team, with real opportunities for advancement within our expanding network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to lead a team on the sales floor.
• Comfort with inventory and pricing using a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming items and price them using the store system.
• Organize racks and tag clothing.
• Ring up customers and teach selling to us.
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team.
• Open/close tasks and nightly reports.
