• High school diploma or equivalent required, ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven leadership for fast-paced hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Under GM guidance, support daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and reporting.
• Create and manage staff schedules and shift coverage.
• Interview, hire, and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; drive team performance.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment care, and safety standards.
